Step 1
The first task is to evaluate the state of the existing flat roof. Here, you can see an example of a worn flat roof, in need of repair.

Step 2
The original boards are removed and replaced with new ones. The most important consideration is to achieve a perfectly level surface.

Step 3
Underlay is then torched on over the top of the new 18mm ply-boards

Step 4
Here, the transistion between stages 3 and 5 can be seen. The left half of the roof is not yet complete, with the underlay still visible. The right side of the roof has been finished with a top coat.

Step 5
The whole roof is now covered in its final top coat (green mineral), giving the roof a clean finish
